Kerby-Miller Consulting leverages experience managing sustainable design for projects across a variety of sectors including universities, elementary schools, hotels, warehouses, and offices. We work with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors to identify sustainability goals and coordinate all aspects of the certification process. We educate clients about the applicability, benefits and costs of sustainable design strategies, providing resources and balancing strategies to get the greatest impact and payback while carefully considering resource constraints. We work with teams throughout the project lifecycle, from early design charettes, through construction and occupancy.
