Developed by the United States Green Building Council, LEED is a series third-party rating systems that include New Commercial Construction, Interior Fit-Outs, Homes, and Existing Building Operation and Maintenance. All of the rating systems focus on transportation, site design, water efficiency, energy efficiency, materials use and impact, and interior environmental quality. Passive House
Passive House

Passive House is the most stringent design standard for energy use, comfort, and interior air quality.
